A long time All-Color partner, Allen Stowers, the Vice President of Sales for JG Innovations, Inc., had a unique job that required All-Color to special order a custom powder. All-Color had everything ready to roll to get Allen and JG Innovations their product delivered on time.
All was going as planned except the powder did not show up. When All-Color called the powder manufacturer they were told the powder was picked up on time and that they should contact the freight company who picked up the powder. The freight company said that they had misplaced the skid of powder and were looking into the matter.
After being pressed by Michael Recob, All-Color’s Production Manager, Michael was told that the shipment might be at their Janesville hub. So Michael drove to their hub in Janesville to find the powder. After checking three trailers for their order, Michael came up with nothing. As he left, the dispatcher came out and told him he had found the misplaced shipment and it was on its way from the Appleton/Oshkosh area with 15 stops along the way and should be in Janesville around 4:30 and then to the All-Color facility by 10:00 a.m. The order needed to be coated and on a semi by 12:00 to be delivered on time to Denver otherwise JG Innovations would face fines and penalties. The job needed 6 hours to coat, so All-Color drove down at 4 a.m. to Janesville to get the powder back to 
their facility by the start of the 1st shift at 5:30 a.m.
Needless to say, they got the powder, coated the job, and had it on its way to Denver by noon. When Allen found out about all that was done to ensure his product was finished and shipped on time, he responded,
