Your parts will be cleaned in our five-stage automated spray wash system that uses an alkaline cleaner and iron phosphate with a R.O. water final rinse. Once cleaned and pretreated, your parts will move into our natural gas convection dry-off oven with a variable temperature up to 400° F. Once in this booth, your parts are sprayed by six automatic electrostatic guns.  This state-of-the-art powder application booth provides us with quick color change technology which allows us to complete color changes in 10 minutes or less. Batch Processing

All-Color Powder Coating offers two state-of-the-art batch powder coating systems. Our first batch line was installed in 2005 and is used mainly for low volume parts and larger items like patio furniture and railings.  Our newer batch line was installed in 2016 and gives us the flexibility to continue to powder coat additional low volume jobs, while relieving some of the workload from our conveyor lines and large batch schedule.

Our batch lines can handle maximum part sizes that are 7 feet 6 inches high x 7 feet 6 inches wide x 20 feet long and 9 feet high x 9 feet wide x 11 feet long. Your parts will be cleaned with a high pressure spray wand that uses a cleaner phosphate combination and a R.O. water rinse. We also use an etching cleaner and adhesion sealer for aluminum parts.  After drying, the parts will be sprayed using manual Wagner electrostatic guns in the color of your choice. Once the powder is applied, your parts will move into one of the gas convection ovens to be cured per the powder coating manufacturer’s specifications.
