Investing in the training and development of employees has always been a high priority for All-Color Powder Coating, Inc. Supporting continued employee growth within a family environment has served us well over the past 28 years. Professional development comes in a variety of forms through multiple resources at All-Color. We have invested in a learning management system, supervisory training through the Management Resources Association (MRA) and an automated order tracking and quality management system to give our employees technical skills to keep us efficient and competitive. We place a major focus on training our powder coaters and recently added a virtual reality (VR) system to our Coater Certification Program which we plan on taking on the road to help other powder coating operations. All-Color also strives to maintain an environment where people want to come to work. We host a variety of events for employees and their families throughout the year which are fun but gives us additional opportunities to express our appreciation for all their hard work throughout the year.
