Over 25 years ago, Mark Mortensen, President of All-Color Powder Coating, Inc. had a vision of acquiring a powder coating company in Oregon, WI.  At the time, he worked with Jerry Luebke, former President of Oregon Community Bank and personal friend.  Jerry was instrumental in helping Mark and his family start up All-Color and here we are twenty-five years later still working with what is now called One Community Bank.  Our businesses have grown up together and our relationship is still strong.  Independent Banker magazine wrote an article about community banks’ relationships with small businesses and All-Color was one of the featured companies.  Please see the full article here.
