All-Color had the honor of hosting the 2024 C2C Peer Group meeting in September under the direction of the Powder Coating Institute and Chemical Coaters Association International.  With the help of sponsors, Throughput Consulting, Inc. | Bluestreak and Americo Chemical Products LLC, we took a dinner cruise on Lake Mendota in Madison, WI.  We also enjoyed a lunch catered by JL Richards Prime Meats located in Oregon, WI.  We showed off our virtual reality powder coater training by holding a contest between the peer group members where the winner won a cheese & sausage package from Wisconsin’s Best outside of Oregon, WI.  The last time we hosted was back in 2017! 

In the program, six to ten non-competing custom coaters form a peer group. The groups meet twice per year with meetings held at a group member’s shop. A key component of the meeting is a peer audit of the host facility.  All-Color’s President, Mark Mortensen, states, “There is a huge benefit to traveling to other member facilities for audits, presentations, and networking. The best way to grow is through the experiences that members bring to the table.”  Peer Group members form a unique bond and call on each other for assistance with challenging projects or problems. “Bringing an outside perspective really helps and the friendships we’ve made through the program are priceless,” he adds.
